Delivery of goods.
The easiest, fastest and most reliable option for delivery of medical goods across Ukraine is sending by carrier. We prefer to work with Novaya Poshta. There are branches in all cities of Ukraine, reprehensible tariffs and careful treatment of cargo.
Delivery by courier to an address convenient for you is also possible.

Guarantees, rules of return and exchange of goods.
When you buy any of the products we make, you can always be sure that you are buying a quality product at a fair price. All products have the necessary documentation and are approved for sale in Ukraine. All products are guaranteed from 6 to 24 months, depending on the product.
The product’s serviceability is checked upon purchase or delivery of the product to the Recipient. The completeness of the product is determined in its description, service book or operating manual.
Rules for returning and exchanging goods within 14 days after purchase.
The buyer has the right to exchange or return the purchased goods within 14 days from the moment of purchase in accordance with the “Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights”
Please note that only new goods that have not been used and have no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs can be exchanged or returned.
