Medical gurney TPBr OMEGA Horizon electro for transporting patients with an electric drive of the height adjustment mechanism and the possibility of adjusting the position of the main section with a pneumatic system.

Intended for transporting patients indoors: operating, X-ray and procedure rooms and wards.

The basis of the gurney is a frame made of cold-rolled steel with a powder-polymer coating. The movable platform with a bed fixed on it has the possibility of changing the height in the range of 550-840 mm. The lifting height is changed by a servo drive, which is powered by a battery. The battery, which has a capacity of about 60 height adjustments, is very reliable. The height adjustment mechanism is controlled from the control panel located at the foot of the bed. It also has a battery charge level indicator.

The bed is made of impact-resistant plastic, resistant to the effects of solvents and detergents and is divided into two sections. The adjustment of the angle of inclination of the main section is stepless with the help of a gas spring in the range of 0-70°, with fixation in the desired position. Transport handles are located in the corners of the bed and have a smooth shape.

The roller is equipped with a removable mattress made of fragile, strong material Oxford 600, which is easily processed by all types of solvents. The femoral and chest parts of the bed are equipped with straps for fixing the patient with reliable locks and protection against spontaneous disconnection.

The side rails are made of ABS plastic, in the lowered position they are tucked under the bed and do not protrude beyond the dimensions of the gurney, which allows you to get as close as possible to the hospital bed. In the working position, the side fences are reliably fixed by hydraulic springs.

The roller is mounted on four double self-aligning wheels with a diameter of 125 mm with a central control system. The operating mode is selected using a pedal located in the delicate part of the frame. The possibility of simultaneous blocking of rotation and rotation of all four wheels, the mode of free rotation of all wheels and the mode of fixation of the front wheels from rotation is provided.

The roller is equipped with a removable infusion stand, which when not in use is placed in a pencil case under the bed. The mounting brackets are folding racks that allow you to hide the unused ones under the bed.
